Join me in exploring the interconnectedness between our environment and wellbeing and learn about how incorporating nature into your teaching day supports mental health for both you and your students. This session is for all involved in education, regardless of grade or subject taught. We will look at the ‘where’ of wellbeing from Western, Eastern and Indigenous perspectives and you will leave with practical and meaningful ideas ranging in length from 1 minute to an hour on how to embed mental health and wellbeing into your everyday school life.
