This workshop is an opportunity to apply what we already know about trauma informed practice along with some other understandings with a focus on self. From a bio-psychosocial approach, we will navigate through trigger responses, how to resource ourselves to regulate our nervous systems through understanding boundaries that protect and enhance our wellbeing. Discussions will support our experiences in both our professional and personal lives.

Please note: This workshop touches on issues that may personally impact some of the workshop participants and facilitators. To create a safe space, please be advised that workshop participants will be asked to keep their cameras on at all times during the workshop.
